Refunds & Exchanges
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• You may also choose an exchange or store credit (with a 10% bonus value). Store credit never expires.
• We cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
• Personalized or customized products.
• Digital downloads, e-books, courses, or software (once accessed).
• Final sale, clearance, or hygiene-related items (e.g., underwear, beauty products).
• Items returned after 30 days or not in resaleable condition.
